Working Flow of Nougat Production Line

Twin Vacuum Low-Temperature Sugar Cooking and Gas Charging Agitator
This unit adopts Holland vacuum low-temperature cooking, agitating & gas-charging that make swiss candy, nougat, cotton candy, and milk candy continuously cooking and gas-charging, and the cooling temperature can be controlled automatically. Under this condition, it can extremely lower the candy PH value and improve gas-charging requirement, reduce abnormal, add candy quality and mouthfeel, also can save workers and improver working efficiency. This unit can solve the problems such as vertical agitator not clean, full pot soft or hard, and workers hard to control.
What is Nougat?
Nougat is a variety of similar traditional confectioneries made with sugar and/or honey, roasted nuts (almonds, walnuts, pistachios, hazelnuts, and recently macadamia nuts are common), whipped egg whites, and sometimes chopped candied fruit. The consistency of nougat can range from soft and chewy to hard and crunchy depending on its composition, and it is used in a variety of candy bars and chocolates. The word nougat means nut cake.
